The working principle of shaftless drum screen

The shaftless drum screen is installed on the frame in an inclined manner. The motor is connected with the drum device through the reducer through the coupling, and the drum device is driven to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled, so as to achieve screening. Qualified materials (under-screen products) will be discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, while unqualified materials (on-screen products) will be discharged from the discharge port at the rear of the drum. Due to the turning and rolling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the sieve hole can be ejected, effectively preventing the sieve hole from being blocked.
