Structure: High-speed friction machine is usually composed of main parts such as main engine, transmission system and control system. Among them, the host is the core part of the friction and wear test, including the rotating shaft, the friction pair and the loading device.
Working principle:
Friction and wear test: the friction pair is driven by the rotating shaft to rotate at high speed, and friction is generated with the sample, so as to simulate the friction and wear behavior under actual working conditions.
Surface cleaning: The motor transmits power to the friction wheel through the transmission system to make it rotate at a high speed (usually the speed can reach 2000~3000rpm), and generate friction with the surface of the object to be cleaned, thereby removing stains and impurities on the surface.
